I am working on it. I at least found out exactly what was wrong. That burning pain at the back of the neck is because the tendons at the back of the neck are chronically inflamed. I only get pain when I am sitting with my head unsupported. Neck bent forward is the worst. If I have a headrest I am fine, so driving and working from home are OK. The problem is postural and the tendonitis takes a long time to die down. I need to do these postural exercises and these have actually been increasing the tendonitis. It's been a vicious circle. No longer it has gone on for so long. Ice is helping a lot. I hope I can start to break out of this within another 2-3 months. Thanks for asking.
